A more than interesting design and construction. Must be worth huge amounts in spite of property value fall off ( 2008)

has always been one of my favorites and hope that they maintain the funkiness w/o regard to all the uber fanciness that is descending around it. it gives us a waterfront that is far more intimate and connected to its location, defying the current psychosis of disconnection. thank you
