I've always enjoyed seeing this ferris wheel! It offers a promise of fun. And it is! I doh't think it spoils the lake view at all. Zoe

I think this ferris wheel adds a lot to the pier. It holds out the promise of fun, which it is! It doesn't spoil the lake view--the view can be found in many other places besides Navy Pier. I think it's great!

Chicagoans don't go there because we are used to it, It's always been there, but It gives tourists something to do on the lake for a cheap price instead of renting a boat. And I love looking at it from a distance.

It really isnt an eyesore, it's what Navy Pier is all about. Yeah Chicagoans might not always go there, but that doesn't mean we hate it..

Eyesore, takes away from the beauty of the lake view and serves only as a tourist trap. Real Chicagoans hate it and avoid it.
