Pi Dub. I disagree. An architect WASN'T involved. 'Cuz if there was then this building might look half-decent. It's on my list of the 100 ugliest buildings on the planet.

Rating: One star.
Hideous. How does this support Chicago's claim as the 'City of Architecture'? Sure, architects were involved at some point but this is probably not what people were thinking when they proudly coined that phrase. Do greed and laziness have to win out? Terrible.
