• April 20, 2004: Fire broke out in the 14th story of the building. One person was injured.

Simply stunning. One of the world's most beautiful buildings. It works from every single angle, and there ain't many buildings with which you can say that.

I like how you can see the great looking curve on this building from Navy Pier, that's great for the shape and design. It must of been a big fight when it was proposed in the 60s, when Chicago said no tall buildings built east of Lake Shore Drive. This one though, looks great.
