A n apartment block whose main distinction is what's on top. A contrast of green glass and white spandrels set the tone for this building, which is formed in the traditional tower-atop-a-podium fashion. At the top of the tower is a right pyramid which obscures the mechanical elements at one end of the building. Right now, the pyramid isn't the only thing making this building notable. It is easily found because it is one of the tallest buildings in the neighborhood. This, of course, will change over time and the pyramid will serve a useful function distinguishing this building from the other towers as the skyscraper forest grows.

  • This building was developed by D2 Realty Companies.

Great building. Well designed, open floor plans. Modern without being over the top.
