A nice basic office building evocative of the era in which is was erected. Simple lines throughout with a minimum of ornamentation except for some minor relief work and cut-off corners. By keeping the ground floor black, it gives the building a little extra visual height and presence and helps draw the eye to the ground floor establishments.
