Rating: Three stars. I lived here for two years. It's OK. Not great. The "pool" is really just a wading pool. Not long or deep enough to actually swim in. It looks like it would be conveniently located to everything in the city, but it's not. It's hard to get from the Shoreham to pretty much anywhere. And there are a lot of marginal residents in the lower floors who like to blast their ghetto music from their tricked-out Escalades in front of the lobby all night. Not exactly a nice environment to come home to. Oh, and there are occasionally junkies shooting up in the little kiddie park across the street, but that's becoming less frequent. The staff is very nice, but the rents are not competitive compared with other buildings in the area. It's nice, just overpriced.
