Rating: Five stars. There are now "revised" plans for this building, in part of the "new" Fountain Square Tower, it would be renovated and the tower would rise at 409 feet with 35 floors. Construction for both the renovation and tower, start in 2011, because of trying to sell condos for the tower. Also, the tower will be the tallest building in Evanston. This will be cool to see what happens.

Rating: Five stars. There are plans right now in Evanston to tear down this building. The Evanston City Council likes the design, but the people who live and work in Evanston, are putting up a fight for the proposed Fountain Square Tower. The tower is rectangular and has blue glass curtain wall design. Whatever happens, this will be interesting to see.
