Built: 1971 Designed by: Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum Type: Skyscraper Stories: 21 Maximum Height: 275 feet / 84 meters Location: 10 South Broadway, Saint Louis, United States
A n updated version of the glass and steel Miesian monoliths that Equitable has erected in other cities, the Saint Louis iteration hides the structural elements behind a full glass facade. Though simple in execution, the visual impact is complex, as the building reflects the characteristics of the world around it, the sky above, the changing of the seasons, and the time of day. Assuming good weather, a viewer can merely change his vantage point to see an entirely different building, or move in close and watch the building vanish in camouflage as it reflects and blends into the sky.
This building has 425,000 square feet of rentable space.

Rating: Five stars. I like how it compliments it's texture of style to the Old Courthouse across the street. It looks very cool.
