Rating: Five stars. I couldn't disagree more with Hannah. This is a classic example of a brilliant piece of design neglected and filled with one socio economic group. If the same design was constructed yesterday everyone would view it as stunning. The cube structure cuts through the sky and adds a bit of futurism to an otherwise bland area. Love it. Not sure what you mean about 'art deco design period'.
