The fountain is an excellent example in the center of Oil Town. Find out what the rate is of pumping water and post a sign in Barrels/day for a point of reference for all to see. Just for comparison with production rates and/or consumption rates of hydrocarbon products. I would suggest this as a common practice for all fountains around the city of Houston.
