I f you're going to call your company “clear” it's nice to have a building to back it up. New Zealand telecommunications company Clear was the first to occupy this building which makes great use of glass to embrace the natural scenery of the area. Its six-story atrium is open on both ends, allowing sunlight not only to penetrate the building, but to actually shine through it. The atrium also features low, rectangular fountains similar to the ones outside except in size and enthusiasm. There is also an interesting display of abstract art resembling a propeller suspended from the ceiling which may also help to temper strong sunshine.
