I dont think you know what you are talking about. This is one of the greatest buildings I've seen while looking at condos. The views are amazing the building in perfect condition. There is not a spec of dust to be found in this place. It's wonderful.

This building is grotesque and a blight on Lake Shore Drive, let alone is prominent position as a gateway to Michigan Ave. It should be torn down and replaced with a building that represents the world class architecture that Chicago is known for.
