Rating: One star. I had been ranting the office in this building for 5 yrs. My contract end at 30 April and I had informed the marketing for a week extend for handover. The mkt dept had approved and did not inform about any charges for this extended period. On the hand over date, I was then informed about the extra charges. I am one of the good customer but it seems that they does care and does not have a service mind even it was not our mistake. I totally have a very bad felling about the management for this building and the charges is only Bth4,000+.If compare with my 5 yrs rant they make more profit. I also had a good feeling for this building and even invited my customer to rant the whole floor. I will never intruduce and customer to this building again.
