Rating: Five stars. I worked for Bill Ladin in 1964-1965 and remember when he was busy overseeing the construction of this building. The original interior design was done by a woman named Kahan (sp?) from New York. I've always thought if I wanted highrise living in Houston, this would be the best place. It has marvelous views of downtown. Mr. Ladin also owned the building his law office was in at Main and Walker, as I recall.

Rating: Five stars. My favorite building! Nothing but million dollar views from this building on all sides! It's had many renovations in the last few years and looks great! What a beautiful picture-the best I've ever seen of this place!! Thank you Wayne Lorentz.You know I've been waiting for this!
