T his 28-story office building is reminiscent of Het Witte Huis in Rotterdam, Europe's first skyscraper. Though it effectively mixes French chateau with postmodern elements, its significance is linked to things more fleeting. It is the location where the city's Red and Blue transit lines come together. Most people, however, miss the building's best feature -- a mural on the ceiling that looks like a skylight hemmed in by skyscrapers and flecked with cumulus clouds in a blue sky.
