Rating: Three stars.
The building itself is not very attractive, but the contents is...When in Tokyo I always stay in Hotel New Kanda, so 3 minutes walk from the museum. A visit by me as a train hobbyist is obligatory then.Japan has more train history than it can show in this museum!
