A nice stately building. Strong without being flashy. It's greatest asset is the rose window overlooking the street below.

Rating: Five stars.
Very impressive, but I think the chioce of color on the painted wall surfaces does not do the structure justice. I saw it on a gloomy, rainy day, however, and it might very well take on a different light on a sunny day.
