T his building is more than an optical illusion. Standing in front of it gives you the sense that it is going to fall over on you, while at the same time conveying a sense of strength and superiority. It is a seven-story upside-down pyramid. Five levels of the pyramid are above ground, two more are beneath the surface. Each floor is nine-feet wider than the one below it. Standing close to the base, you can actually look up at people working in their offices above.
