T his building is one half of the "City Center" complex. The two buildings are similar, but different even at first glance. They appear to have at one time been glass blocks that were whacked at by some architectural axe, creating deep cuts and sharp protrusions. Architecturally, they were designed as vertical pinwheels in order to create lots of corners for lots of high-priced corner offices.
