Description by Chris Cousins of Urban Ohio.
F ourth and Race Tower is the Federal Reserve Bank of Cincinnati. The Neo-classical building holds federal money while the gorgeous Piano Room restaurant and bar awes visitors who come see it. Built in 1927, it and several of its fellow buildings along Fourth Street, are now under renovations and becoming a loft district in the not-too-distant future.
