O ne of the often overlooked Cincinnati skyscrapers, this building is much taller than many of its neighbors, but suffers from its location at the lower end of the Elm Street hill. The building is a rigid grid of wide columns and flat windows, except on the front of the building where the pattern is broken up by several levels of double-height windows. In the forest of downtown, it would be unremarkable except for its clean lines, but in the historic rabble of the riverfront hill, it stands out.
