O ne of a pair of towers that are obviously related, but still individual. The bank One Building, though smaller, is the older of the two. It is a fairly basic office block, but with a little bit of visual interest in its vertical bays which run up the sides in pairs. Ordinarily such elements would add an illusion of height to the building, but since they do not run all the way up, instead they serve to divide the building into thirds.
