O ne of a pair of now-related buildings. When erected in 1989, it had little to do with its next door neighbor, the Bank One Building. But through a series of purchases and mergers, both ended up under the same umbrella. This building is the younger of the two, but is unfortunately shorter. It is also wider, as a wide parking garage at its base gives the impression that the building squatted in downtown Baton Rouge with little respect for the nearby historic architecture.
