I f ever there was a skyscraper that deserved to be lit up in red and green at the end of December, this is it. The glass wide bands running up the sides and meeting in a pyramid at the top make it look like a giant Christmas present. The corners of the building are textured with alternating horizontal bands of glass and stone, giving the building a little visual girth. The base of the building has a bowed podium hidden behind advertising billboards.
This building has about 1,300,000 square feet of office space.
