C onsidering its location and age this building is in remarkably good condition. It is one of the city's better Art Deco-era buildings erected at a time when construction in the city was booming. It features interesting massing with the main shaft topped by two sets of two tapering levels. On top of it all is a penthouse.
The division between the main shaft and the tapering upper stories is marked by sets of columns jutting from space between the windows between the 19th and 20th floors.
