Rating: One star. Who says life begins at 40, not for this building. This 60s HORROR is mercifully being scrubbed from the London Skyline floor by floor as I write. It seems that London is being demolished just now to make way for a forest of new and much higher towers. The Raphael Vignoly brute slated to rise in place of 20 Fenchurch St has yet to find a way into my heart though. It looks like a skyscraper on Steroids!
