Very pleased with building. It is not your cookie-cutter condo building and is an asset to the beautiful Chicago architecture. Well done!!

Rating: Five stars. Building breaks the mold of the cookie-cutter condos and is an asset to the already beautiful Chicago architecture!

Rating: Three stars. The Joffrey spaces are a travesty. Unbelievably bad programming and wasted space. There's several storage closets that have the most beautiful view of State Street you've ever seen, while many offices (where humans work) are entirely windowless. The building itself may be nice, but the planning on the interior is a crime.

Rating: Five stars. What a great building! I am one of the early buyers and I have a condo with 2 bed, and 2 baths.

Rating: Four stars. Nice building, but it should have been taller. This is a little to short and will just blend in with all the surrounding buildings. It's rather boring in my opinion.

I am one of the early purchasers of a one bedrrom condo and please to follow the progress of the building. Both the former MoMo and Joffrey Balet will compliment eachother and should become a Chicago and State Street landmark. Can't wait to see the finished building

Rating: Four stars. I think this will bring a welcome mod ern structure to this developing area....It is sure to become a "classic" with the ballet being housed there. What a great location, right in the heart of the theater district....can't wait to see it!!!
