I remember when this building was built i loved it because it was modern and a unique crown ,come to think of it it was the first international style building to break the flat top not citicorp(1977)in New York also if I am not mistaking it was the first major development in times square demolishing the famous astor hotel, unfortunely times square did not turn around until the late 80,s when many new projects sprung up in the area currently it house the mtv studios of new york so most likely if you visit New York City you will possible find a big crowd in front of this elegant skyscraper
