N ot grand, but not gross -- this building in the city's financial district does it's job; and that job is to be one of the many skyscrapers which create urban density and define a city.

Clad in dark glass panels arranged in three bays, the tower rises on the edge of McGill Univeristy and provides great views of Mount Royal and the city center. Below the main bulk of the building is a wide podium housing shops and restaurants. At the top is a screen hiding the mechanical elements necessary for a building like this to function.
