Rating: One star. The top part of the building really makes it look bad. Architecture of this building could of been better

Rating: Two stars. The building location is one of the most visible and prominant in all of Chicago. It is too bad the architecture is so ulgy. I think this apartment building would be a great candidate for recladding.

Rating: Two stars. This building is undistinguished at best and has the look of the 60s-70s era. Even worse is the 1000 N. Lake Shore at Bellevue. Some of my clients won't even walk into the building. It really reflects the ugliest of the 50s architecture.
