This is the place where the Batmobile parking garage chase takes place. The top floor of this garage is normally painted pink with big white 7's so you remember you're on the seventh floor. For the movie it was given a fresh coat of white paint, the potholes in the central spiral were patched, and marker lights were installed along the walls.
