This is the building where the stunt man lands after leaping from another building during a stunt. A giant cushion was placed on the roof so the stunt man could land safely. A number of flood lights were also placed on the roof of this building to illuminate other nearby structures for the film, as well as a spot light to light up a neighboring building's water tank.
