Minneapolis is going through something of an architectural awakening. People there are starting to realize that the way their city looks matters, and Joe Sixpack is starting to back ever-more-adventurous designs.

If there were more people or more demand it could be one of the leading cities for architecture. But alas, there just isn't that critical mass driving it.
