This building after 2010 will be Panama's third tallest building(Ice Tower 381m, Torre Central 360m), and also in 2009, the tallest resiedential building in the world until the Ice Tower ends constructions in 2010.

What's your opinion of this building?

I like it. Very intriguing design. They kind of have the Paradise Island, Atlantis theme with the arched connecting areas. What are those connectors? Rooms? Hallways? Just a pedestrian bridge, or a combination of all those or more? Not real crazy bout the crown on the top, but it's not really that bad. I like the building though.

Umm the top round crystal part of the building at the top before the crown will be a spinning restaurant were people will enjoy the beautiful view of the skyline of the city. Also, the building will have casinos, and beautiful architecture in it, this building will be more elegant than the Ice Tower, but smaller.

I figured that cylinder below the crown was a revolving restaurant, I'm sure it will have great views. You will have to put some pictures up from it when this thing is finished! I guess the crown is probably some communication platform.

Actually it's a heliport with an elevator that reaches down to the restaurant etc.

That does make sense considering it is circular...and at the top of the building

Yes, I forgot to add that before, it would've made it easier.

Is that a helipad at the top of the building? Reminds me of the helipads that are on top of almost every skyscraper in Tokyo. Are they as common in Panama City?

Well, normally the heliports in Panama are in their own section of the property, almost never on the building, but right now it's starting to become popular!
