A combination of architectural motifs transform what could have been a very bland tower into something worth lingering over. This is a classic tower, with a base, a shaft, and a distinct top; a staple of skyscraper design since the 19th century. But on a more stylistic note, the tower bears the tall vertical concrete fins of 1970's architecture. It also bears 1980's-style glass curtain walls. Plus a decorative crown popular in the 1990's. No single element overpowers the others, and the result is a harmonious union of architectural signatures.
