T he original building was a more modest festival hall; the current Music Hall is home to the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Cincinnati Opera. It was also the site of the 1880 Democratic Convention, and is currently a National Historic Landmark. The peak of the gable is 150 feet high
