This is the less-well-known, but still stunningly intricate second tower of the Houses of Parliament. It is 336-feet tall and houses the Parliament's archives. The other Parliament tower, the Clock Tower, is recognized around the world as a symbol of England and London, but this structure is no less majestic in its presentation, especially on a foggy morning.
