Louisiana State Office Building
Built: 1927
Type: Government Building
Maximum height: 160 feet
Floors: 12
Location: 150 Third Stree

Not an uncommon building for its time. Its brown façade and orderly rows of windows are appropriate for its utilitarian purpose. In traditional skyscraper form, the top and bottom parts are slightly different with a uniform shaft in the middle.
